President – Nicole Pelletier
Nicole has been a seasoned “Pembrokian” for 15 years, joining her husband Danny in a generations-long tradition of setting roots close to home. A mother of two and a farmer by happenstance, Nicole is often found inland caring for her kids and perhaps too many animals. A conservationist at heart and a designer by trade, Nicole has joined the Watershed in their nonpartisan stewardship of Pembroke’s waters, to promote sustainable growth, ecological resilience, and preservation of our community’s heritage for future generations.

Vice President – Darren Mahoney

Secretary – Kathleen Hepburn
Kathy’s passion for nature started early, growing up on a small farm in Hanover, along the North River. After decades of living all over the U.S., from Maine to the Rockies, she settled in Pembroke in 2017 with her partner Kevin, where together they turned a fixer-upper on Furnace Pond into their forever home. Today, Kathy channels her daily gratitude for the pond’s stunning sunsets, fresh breezes, and diverse wildlife into a strong commitment to local environmental preservation.

Treasurer – Kevin Becker
Kevin grew up in the Boston area with strong South Shore roots — including summers at Camp Osamaquin in Halifax and family trips to Brant Rock in Marshfield. He and his partner Kathy bought a fixer-upper on Furnace Pond in Pembroke in 2017, and eventually made it their full-time home in 2024. A longtime software engineer, Kevin now balances his tech background with a front-row seat to a pond view beautiful enough to stop delivery drivers in their tracks!

Water Quality – Jude George
Jude recently moved to Pembroke, and retired with an earnest desire to use her 20+ years in biotech to help preserve water resources.

Government Relations – Tracy Marino
Tracy has lived in Pembroke with her husband Phil and their 5 children for 25 years and on Stetson Pond for 13 of those years.
She joined the Watershed Association to assist in advocating for the care and preservation of our valuable ponds.
If you cannot locate her she is in a kayak in the middle of Stetson.
