State Representative Kathleen LaNatra from Plymouth County’s 12th District has prepared an excellent summary of the water diversion’s history and current status. This issue has significantly impacted Pembroke’s ponds, particularly Furnace Pond. Recently, the Pembroke Watershed Association met productively with our state representatives LaNatra and Kenneth Sweezey, and we’re developing concrete action plans to address the situation.
